Material & Quality The fabric is the real star here. It is what many reviewers on the SHEIN website call "buttery soft". It is a high-quality, thick material that is not see-through, even during deep stretches. It has a good amount of stretch (polyester/spandex blend) and wicks sweat well, keeping me feeling dry. The stitching seems durable, and it's held up perfectly after multiple washes. Performance I've worn this top for a variety of workouts, including yoga, strength training, and moderate cardio. Yoga: The soft material and adjustable fit make it ideal for stretching and floor work. Strength Training/Cardio: It offers sufficient support for these activities, and the high neck provides a sense of security during movements like burpees or jump rope. Versatility🥰
